Barbara Dalio is the Founder and CEO of Dalio Education. Dalio Education collaborates with high schools, youth-serving organizations, and communities across Connecticut to advance positive outcomes for young people. She also serves as Co-Founder and Director of Dalio Philanthropies.
Emily is a Portfolio Associate for the Connecticut Opportunity Project at Dalio Education where she supports the collaboration between grantee partner organizations and our Portfolio Directors in improving organizational capacity and performance.
Adhlere is a Portfolio Director for the Connecticut Opportunity Project at Dalio Education, where he works collaboratively with grantee partner organizations to help improve their organizational capacity and performance management practices so that they can positively impact young people who are disengaged or disconnected.
Bob joined Dalio Education in 2025 as Director of Workforce Initiatives. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in mission-driven organizations, with a focus on educational equity, violence prevention, and social impact.
Zari is a Portfolio Associate for the Connecticut Opportunity Project at Dalio Education, where she supports the collaboration between grantee partner organizations and our Portfolio Directors in improving organizational capacity and performance.
Dinorah is an Executive Assistant at Dalio Education where she provides support to the executive and operational team.Â
Samantha works collaboratively with grantee partners to meet their goals. Prior to joining the Connecticut Opportunity Project in 2022, Samantha spent her 20-year professional career designing and implementing programs aimed at improving educational outcomes for students in low-income communities.

Rosa is the Chief of Staff at Dalio Education, where she serves as a strategic partner to Barbara Dalio and leads internal operations and, team coordination.
